These coilovers were purchased for use on a 99 miata. Car is already equipped w/ Racing Beat front sway bar, Hard dog roll bar, and Falken Azenis 195-60-14. Rear Sway bar is Disconnected.
The coilovers arrived on time as expected. The product is made to high standards! Theyre oh so pretty! Lots of ooohs and aaahhs.
Installation was just like every shock/spring install, after installation i set the ride height to about 12" all around hub to lip w/ me in the car. Didn't really push the car until a few days later when i got it corner weighted and did an icehawk alignment.
Holy crap this coilover kit is amazing. The car handles like its on rails. Brake dive, acceleration squat are eliminated. A little body roll is stilll there, but not much. The best part about it is the ride! Turn the dampening way up and its still daily driveable, not too stiff at all. Turn it down on soft and you got about OEM ride quality. I can't wait to use these at the autox this weekend.
Only issue is the fact that the perches are only an inch from the top of the threaded part of the shock. This means theres a wide range of adjustability that is just too low for the miata. Other than that, i could'nt be more happier.
