Pricing Policy:

Adrenaline Motorsports offers the very best track tested and circuit proven goods to our customers at the very best possible prices. We do not offer a formal wholesale or discount program. All customers are able to purchase the same goods at the same price.

Adrenaline Motorsports separates freight and customs taxes on imported goods from Japan due to the high cost and great fluctuation of international importing. We try our best to offer the least expensive international shipping costs by shipping in bulk.

Shipping Policy:

Products that are special order from Japan such as Engines, Body Kits, and other special order Items will typically take 2-6 weeks to arrive in the United States depending on the shipping as chosen by the customer. Please check the "availability" next to the product description for more info, and you can always e-mail for up-to-date stock status on an item.

No refunds are available for special order and built-to-order items.

Items shipped via freight company must be delivered to a registered business address. Residential shipping available at an extra cost and an additional day or two of transit time.

We currently do not ship outside of the United States. Please e-mail us for shipping quotes. International customers can email us for specific requests and we can accommodate you on a case by case basis. A international preparation fee may be charged above and beyond the shipping amount.

Payment Policy:

Orders will be processed once payment has been received. Items are not taken out of stock until payment is received. Stock status may change between the time the order is placed and payment is received. Product availability and stock check are valid for 24 hours.

Personal checks, money orders, and cashier's checks are accepted. Personal checks (including checking account drafts via PayPal) will be held 10 days to clear. Money orders and cashier's checks are preferred.

Credit cards are accepted through 'PayPal' online payment system, however customer is responsible for the small fee Adrenaline Motorsports is charged for this service (this is added at time of check out). PayPal charges can not be refunded on returned merchandise.

Prices on the web site reflect a 2.5% cash discount.

Warranty Policy:

Adrenaline Motorsports products carry a 1-year limited warranty from date of shipment against manufacturing defects unless otherwise noted (please see individual product's page). This limited warranty is non-transferable, and covers the original purchaser only. This warranty does not cover drivetrain products (engine, transmission, etc.) unless otherwise stated.

Products for warranty returns must be issued an RMA to be returned for warranty service and shipped via postage paid shipping. Please insure your item and ship with a traceable carrier. Please contact us through e-mail: info@Adrenaline Motorsports.com for an RMA.

Upon return, the product will be inspected. Products determined to qualify for warranty will be replaced or refunded at Adrenaline Motorsports's discretion. Items not covered under warranty will be returned COD.

The warranty policy does not cover damage or wear from usage and/or neglect.

The Warranty policy does not cover special order engines from Japan, customer is aware that special order engines are sold as is, and with no expressed nor implied warranties.

Use of turbochargers, superchargers, nitrous, or other forced induction aftermarket products void the limited warranty on all exhaust products.

Return Policy:

New and unused items may be returned within 30 days from delivery date unless otherwise noted. Restocking fees will be assessed.

Returns can only be made by contacting us for an RMA number. Please e-mail info@Adrenaline Motorsports.com to request a number.

New and unused item returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Refunds will not include shipping & handling costs.

Custom order items will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

New and unused special order item returns from Japan will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will not include local shipping, international freight, and customs costs.

Used, opened, painted, installed, scratched, or otherwise damaged items not in like-new condition will be accessed a replacement fee (which may possibly be 100% of the items cost).

Abandonment Policy:

Certain special order items will have local shipping calculated at time of delivery in the U.S.

Adrenaline Motorsports will note this in your order, and we will contact you once the item has arrived.

The customer has 10 business days from the date that the customer is notified to submit payment for the local shipping.

After 10 business days, Adrenaline Motorsports will refund the cost of the merchandise. This refund will not include the cost of international freight & customs. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total of the product.
